We publish only what we can stand behind. We do not invent prices, specifications, test results, credentials or awards. Where content is a demonstration placeholder, it is labelled.

How we test equipment

Placeholder: the testing protocol — duration, measurements and who conducts it — will be documented here before any verdict is published.

How we develop recipes

Recipes are brewed repeatedly and written with exact weights, grind guidance, water temperature and timings so that results can be reproduced.

Updates and corrections

Every article carries a published and last-updated date. When we get something wrong, we correct it and note the change rather than quietly editing.

Independence

Advertising, affiliate commissions and gifted products never determine our conclusions.
